Villa Location
Villa Querencia is in a fine position on the Hacienda de las Chapas, a stylish residential estate located five minutes drive to MARBELLA, equidistant from the two popular resorts of Marbella and Fuengirola. The south facing house enjoys sun all day and panoramic mountain and distant sea views. The beach is no more than 10 minutes by car.
There is a mini-market and couple of restaurants close by and the Las Chapas beach is just 2 ¾ miles away. Driving for a further couple of minutes you will find several more restaurants and beach bars.
For more shopping, the commercial area of Elviria, a few minutes west has a supermarket and good choice of shops, bars and banks.
 For water sports, fishing and excellent restaurants, the pretty marina at Cabopino a few minutes east, is hard to beat. It even has its own golf course. For more courses, there is Santa Maria and Marbella Golf, both within a 10 minute drive.
Of course the contrasting resorts of Fuengirola and Marbella both offer good shopping and dining options and you are ideally situated for visits to inland towns and cities. |
